Welcome to St Clement’s, a growing and vibrant church in the centre of our city.

We’re an Anglican church, which means we celebrate the historic Anglican expression of the Christian faith. We believe that the good news of Jesus’ life, death and resurrection is relevant to everyone, and can transform our lives. In an age of distractions and self promotion, we seek a deeper rhythm of life together. But, wherever you are on your spiritual journey, you are welcome here. We invite you to come and experience our community on a Sunday morning, wearing whatever you want, and with morning coffee in hand. Here all questions and doubts are welcome!

Each Sunday we gather to connect with one another and to worship God. There are three distinct worship services for you to come and explore (with a fourth at 10:00 a.m. Thursdays). No previous church experience is necessary, you’ll be greeted as you come in, and given a detailed worship program to guide you through the service. Don’t worry if don’t know exactly when to sit or stand (it isn’t really that important anyway), and you can join in only when you feel comfortable.

Throughout the week our members live out their faith in their homes, places of work and with their friends and neighbours, and we are all in different places on our spiritual journey. We have growing Children’s and Youth Ministries, as well as different opportunities to engage and stimulate your mind. Because we believe that God calls us to make a tangible difference in other people’s lives, we also have lots of different opportunities for people to get involved in Outreach ministry.

In 1991 The St Clement’s College of Preaching was initiated to celebrate our centennial. Looking back on our first century and forward to our second, we realized we’d been blessed with a succession of excellent preachers. To help other parishes enjoy such gifts, every two years we invite  priests from across Canada to come study the art of preaching.

St Clement’s is located at 70 St Clement’s Avenue, one block west of Yonge (on Duplex) and five blocks north of Eglinton. If you’re driving, we have a 42-spot parking lot on the west side of the church, including several handicapped spots. There is also lots of street parking and a Green P parking lot at the corner of Duplex and Castlefield.

Do come and check us out! We’re looking forward to meeting you. In the meantime, see what life is like here at St. Clement’s.
